We're Worth the Investment.
There is no investment more critical to a child’s development than his or her education. Parents who invest in a St. George’s education know their children will be challenged,
enlightened and cared for as they grow to become fulfilled, well-rounded adults. With exceptional educational opportunities, individualized instruction by top-notch faculty, and unparalleled support as students navigate the complex social and emotional challenges of growing up, St. George’s is an investment well worth making.
We believe every child deserves an education of the highest caliber. We also believe all students benefit from a diverse student body that brings together students from nearly 50 zip codes—because our classrooms should reflect the tapestry of our city.
New Family Scholarships
We are proud to offer New Family Scholarships to new Middle School families with high-achieving students entering grades 6-8. These annual scholarships, in the amount of $3,000, are awarded based on merit rather than financial need.
Educational Savings Account (ESA)
We are a participating school with the State of Tennessee's Educational Savings Account program. The ESA program allows eligible students who are zoned to attend a Shelby County district school or a school that was in the Achievement School District (ASD) to use state and local money toward education expenses, including tuition and/or fees at approved private schools. Financial aid awarded by St. George's is designed to be last-dollar aid and is designed to be awarded after all other scholarships have been applied. We require all eligible families to apply for the ESA in the State of TN. Learn more about the ESA program here.
Need-based Financial Awards
If tuition is still beyond what your family can reasonably afford, we offer impactful need-based financial awards for talented students, allowing them the opportunity to experience and enrich our school. Financial aid awarded by St. George’s is a last-dollar scholarship and will be awarded after all other scholarships have been applied. We require all eligible families to apply for Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs) in the state of Tennessee. To apply for financial aid, use the drop down menu below.
