Parents Association
As our “word of mouth” marketers, our staunchest supporters and our most avid volunteers, parents are the foundation of the St. George’s community. They labor selflessly and tirelessly on behalf of the school, assisting to further our mission. Supporters within the parent body provide priceless insight into educating and parenting, school challenges and how best to enrich the experiences of each child. At St. George’s, all parents are members of the Parents Association (PA), which relies on the gifts and talents of our parents to enhance the educational experience for all students by providing services, materials, and funding to the school community. All St. George's parents are encouraged to be actively engaged as schedules allow.
"I came to St. George’s not knowing another parent, and by getting involved right away, I quickly made friends through the Parents Association that I never would have made if I had only volunteered for grade level activities." Alicia Juckett, P'26
The PA offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for parents including fundraisers, coffees, and receptions for visitors to name a few. Activities are coordinated and implemented by dedicated volunteer parents who serve on the Executive Board as well as on three campus boards.
Please consider signing up at the Germantown Campus, Memphis Campus or Collierville Campus today! Questions? Contact the PA Executive Board using the drop down menu or email Director of Parent Engagement Maggie Murff.
