In order to provide a secure and nurturing atmosphere for students after school, parents/guardians should determine their children's daily plan following dismissal. At 3:20 p.m. (dismissal time), Middle School students must either wait in carpool for pick-up, check in for Extended Day, or go to their athletic practices. Students may not leave campus and return to the academic building. Students are responsible for signing in and out of Extended Day. There will be a time for snacks should you choose to provide one for your student.
Extended Day begins on the first full day of classes and will operate on every regular school day. It will not operate on noon dismissal days, school holidays, or days when the school is closed due to inclement weather. Parents will be notified if the school closes early due to hazardous weather conditions. Following online registration, the St. George’s business office will bill families for Extended Day options. Financial aid toward Extended Day fees will apply.
Monday-Friday from 3:20-6:00 pm
$120 per month

Late charges will be billed for students picked up after 6:00pm from Extended Day. At 6:05pm there will be an additional charge of $10 and $2 per minute will accrue after 6:05pm.

Participants must have an up-to-date immunization form on file at the school. Parents should note any dietary or physical restrictions during registration. If a student becomes ill during Extended Day, parents will be notified and asked to pick up their child.
Students are expected to adhere to the policies within the Family Handbook. St. George’s reserves the right to dismiss any student from Extended Day.
