Want to build a rescue helicopter that can raise and lower cargo using a motor? Program a robot to send messages using secret codes? You can do that! LEGO robots will grow your child's understanding of how gears make things work and use motion and distance sensors to add even more fun. Class size is limited due to the number of robots. At HappyFeet, our approach is simple. We want to introduce soccer in a way that opens up doors of possibility for young kids both on the field and off. The goal is for kids to not only learn the wonderful game of soccer, but to have fun, build social skills, improve self-confidence and instill a brave, creative go-for-it mentality that can help provide the right foundation for the rest of their lives!
By developing these skills through our curriculum and WHOLE CHILD approach in a fun and non-competitive environment your little soccer star will be empowered to learn some of the most challening deceptive dribbling skills in soccer..fearlessly. In HappyFeet, you will not see your child sitting on their ball or standing in a line waiting for their turn for one player to score a goal. In HappyFeet, our goal is to get as many touches as possible on the ball, to build confidence, become more comfortable, and fall in love with the ball at his or her feet.
We hope this amazing learning experience will build a solid platform for a life long love and involvement in physical fitness and team sports...but selfishly we hope it's soccer!
Students will learn various beats and rhythms as well as proper technique during a group practice, to prepare for various performances at school spirited events. Drums and other equipment are provided. Students need to bring a pair of drum sticks.
Uniform: Sneakers and comfortable clothes
Crafts, songs, stories, dancing, science experiments and fun snacks. Come join us after school for a great time making back to school crafts and having fun.

Join Mrs. Tate in the innovation lab for a little chemistry, a little physics, and a lot of fun! Campers will get to do some building, deconstructing, engineering, mixing, and even tasting some of our projects this session. Projects are always new, so if you have attended a session in the past, you will get to flex different creative and imaginative muscles than you have in the past. Class size is limited due to the large amount of hands-on time needed for each project. Register early.
Come and stir up some fun with Mrs. Lin every Tuesday for 6 weeks! We will explore different books and cook or bake something from the text. This is sure to be a delicious class!
