The role of the St. George's Board of Trustees is to lead the school strategically to ensure the viability of its mission and the school’s overall sustainability. Our three campuses, located in Germantown, Memphis and Collierville, are governed in accordance with its Charter of Incorporation and governed by a single board of trustees.
Helen Sheidt Gronauer was born and raised in Memphis and spends much of her time serving as a community volunteer, spending time with family, traveling, or attending University of Memphis games. She graduated from Tulane University with a degree in economics. Ms. Gronauer currently serves on the advisory boards of Regional One Health Foundation and The University of Memphis, and has served on several other boards including the board of directors for the Memphis Brooks Museum, the advisory board of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and The Junior League of Memphis. A member of Temple Israel, she has three children: Margo, age 21; Marcus, age 19, and Mason '21, age 15.
