Board of Trustees 2021-2022
The role of the St. George's Board of Trustees is to lead the school strategically to ensure the viability of its mission and the school’s overall sustainability. Our Board of Trustees is responsible for working with the school’s administration to develop policies and make essential decisions by which our school's three campuses, located in Memphis, Germantown and Collierville, are governed and guided.
The Rev. Ollie V. Rencher
Ex-Officio, Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal Church
The Rev. Ollie V. Rencher is the Rector of Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Memphis. Prior to his arrival to Grace-St. Luke’s in July 2018, Father Rencher served as Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church (Charlotte, N.C.), Associate Rector of Church of the Holy Communion (Memphis), and in the dual role of Assistant Rector and Episcopal Campus Minister at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and the University of Mississippi (Oxford). Father Rencher serves as President of the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee and serves on the Board of Trustees of Grace- St. Luke’s Episcopal School and BRIDGES, Inc. An alumnus of The General Theological Seminary of The Episcopal Church (MDiv), Father Rencher was a nine-year corporate executive in the marketing and business development areas of healthcare and telecommunication institutions following graduation from Millsaps College (BA). Father Rencher is married to Ellie Rolfes Rencher, and his other livelihood includes time with family and friends, fitness training, travel, cooking, retreats, community-building, exploring cemeteries, movies, and a broad spectrum of music, especially jazz, classical, and singing in choral ensembles.
