Middle School
St. George’s middle school builds on the goals and mission of the lower school by continuing to fostering academic excellence and strong character education. Academic and personal expectations increase during these years in an effort to prepare students for the upper school experience. By creating a secure, stable, and respectful environment, students are able to take healthy risks, try something new, and build relationships with their peers and teachers.
The middle school is comprised of programs that address the unique needs and characteristics of the middle school child. St. George's middle school students feel academically challenged and supported along the way. Our faculty is committed to nurturing each child academically, socially, and emotionally to help them achieve their personal and academic goals.
We encourage you to visit our campus to see the great learning that is taking place. While you are here, please stop by the middle school office. Our doors are always open!

The middle school honor
council, guided by the ethical literacy faculty team, is working to promote
good decision-making in every area of student life. When we "GO HDR,"
we consider our decisions through a lens of Giving back, Ownership, Honesty,
Dependability, and Respect. “GO’ing HDR” is important, no matter what the
situation. Throughout the year, we will be exploring all the many places and
ways a St. George’s student can “GO HDR.”

The middle school student senate has been hard at work
designing bulletin boards, preparing for pep rallies and assemblies, and get
everything in order to have a successful year!
