About St. George's Independent School
St. George's Independent School is composed of three coeducational campuses that share the same mission, educational philosophy, and religious tradition. The Germantown campus was founded in 1959 by parishioners of St. George's Episcopal Church. The Memphis and Collierville campuses opened in 2001 and 2002, respectively, as a result of a capital campaign to broaden the mission of the original elementary school.

Accreditation
St. George's Independent School is accredited by the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).  St. George's Independent School is also a proud member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), an organization that affirms the school's accreditation.
