Summer Programs

St. George’s Independent School provides a number of meaningful summer activities for young people of all ages, including sports camps and academic enrichment workshops.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Payment is due at time of registration. Make checks payable to St. George’s Independent School. Return completed registration forms to any St. George’s campus. Camps will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Camp fees may not be pro-rated. There will be a $25 administrative fee incurred for any camp or camper changes. The early bird discount ends on June 1, 2010. Registration forms and checks must be received or postmarked by June 1, 2010 to receive this discount. A full refund will be issued if withdrawal is requested BEFORE May 28, 2010. A 75% refund will be issued if a written request for withdrawal is received at least 14 days prior to camp start date. Withdrawal requests must be submitted to khanlon@sgis.org or to Kellie Hanlon, St. George’s Independent School, 8250 Poplar Avenue, Germantown, TN 38138.

If a course is full or is canceled due to lack of interest, you will be contacted via e-mail and offered the option of transferring to another camp or receiving a refund.
